A remodel in Telshor does not stop producing debris until the last wall is painted — drywall scraps, broken stucco, adobe block, tile, a little of everything mixed together. We clear the site by hand, on whatever schedule keeps the next trade moving, no permit or dumpster footprint required.
A simple 3-step process. We handle everything so you don't have to.
Describe the remodel or build at your Telshor site; we gauge the volume and quote a competitive price.
The crew arrives at your Telshor jobsite and loads every scrap — no need to stage it in one pile first.
All debris from your Telshor project moves to licensed disposal and recycling facilities.
Any real renovation in Telshor generates more material than most people expect — drywall, framing lumber, cracked stucco, old tile, carpet, roofing scraps — and New Mexico requires it to leave through a licensed hauler, not just get driven to the dump yourself. For a lot of jobs we end up cheaper and faster than a dumpster rental: no permit application, no container sitting in the driveway for a week, just a crew that shows up and loads every scrap by hand in one pass. General contractors, remodelers, roofers, and a good number of DIYers across Telshor use us the same way — a single pickup for a small job, or a standing arrangement with repeat visits for a bigger build. We sort material as we load it whenever we can: concrete and masonry to an aggregate recycler, metal set aside, clean wood diverted wherever a facility will take it.
The Telshor corridor runs past MountainView Regional Medical Center through a stretch of medical offices, apartments, and mid-century homes. We book a steady run of office cleanouts and condo turnovers along this part of the city.
For most Telshor remodels, yes — we do the loading, which saves the labor of filling a container yourself. For long multi-week builds a roll-off can win out.
We handle concrete, brick, adobe, and stone from Telshor jobsites. Heavy material may be priced on its own because of the weight.
Constantly. We run standing debris pickups for Telshor builders and offer contractor rates with priority scheduling.
