The city only runs its bulky-item pickup on a fixed rotation, and Tortugas residents do not always have weeks to wait on it. We take the oversized stuff — furniture, appliances, big piles of anything — on your own timeline, often the same day you call.
A simple 3-step process. We handle everything so you don't have to.
Tell us the bulky pieces that need to go from your Tortugas property and we give a quick quote.
We reach your Tortugas place — often same day — and collect it all from wherever it sits, not only the curb.
Items are routed to donation, recycling, or proper disposal, and your Tortugas property is left clear.
Between city bulky-pickup cycles, a Tortugas household can end up sitting on a pile at the curb for longer than anyone wants, drawing code complaints or worse from the neighbors. Our on-call service exists for exactly that gap — call us and we are typically there the same day or the next one. Furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, yard debris, general household overflow, all of it qualifies. Unlike a city truck that only works the curb, we go to wherever the pile actually is — garage, backyard, inside the Tortugas house itself. Pricing is set by volume, so you know the number before we touch anything, and nothing gets added once the truck is loaded.
Tortugas is a historic pueblo-descended community just south of NMSU, small lots with deep family roots going back generations. We work carefully around tight older streets here and keep every quote flat regardless of access.
We come on your schedule — often same day — collect from anywhere on the property, and take items the city will not. No waiting for the next rotation in Tortugas.
A single bulky item starts at $75 in Tortugas. Several items are priced by truck space: a quarter truck from $165, a half truck from $310.
Anything too big for the regular bins — furniture, mattresses, appliances, TVs, exercise gear, and grills all qualify in Tortugas.
