The West Mesa rises on the far side of the Rio Grande, a mix of residential streets, the West Mesa Industrial Park, and the foothill lots climbing toward Picacho Hills. It is a spread-out part of town with deep lots, detached shops, and wide-open parcels, so the work ranges widely: household haul-aways and appliance pickups, scrap metal and old equipment off the industrial sites, and the gravel, river rock, and torn-out drip lines left behind after xeriscape projects. Illegally dumped debris turns up on the vacant lots and along the arroyos out here, and property owners call us to clear it. Because the parcels are big, we drive onto the property and load from wherever the junk actually sits rather than making you drag it to Valley Drive. Construction and remodel debris from the newer builds climbing the mesa is routine too. Flat-rate pricing with no distance surcharge across the river, metal pulled for recycling, and same-day slots when the schedule has room.
