Las Alturas sits up in the east foothills off Soledad Canyon Road, a quiet neighborhood of larger custom homes on sloping lots with the Organ Mountains and Dripping Springs Natural Area as a backdrop. The hillside setting is exactly what makes the work here demanding: steep driveways, switchback streets, and tight turns that call for careful staging and the right crew. Many of these properties have oversized garages, casitas, and detached storage that collect years of belongings, and estate transitions on the long-held homes bring full room-by-room cleanouts. We also pull remodel debris from the frequent renovations and the brush, agave, and decomposed granite left over from reworking desert landscaping on the slopes. Our team plans access before the truck arrives, carries everything out by hand where a driveway is too steep to back up, and leaves the site swept. Keepsakes and anything of value are set aside for the owner, usable goods are donated, and green waste is composted. Flat quotes and no stair charges.
