Closing out a loved one's home carries enough weight without also having to haul everything out of it yourself. In Hatch our crew takes that physical part off your hands entirely — sorting, donating, recycling, hauling — moving only as fast as feels right for the family.
A simple 3-step process. We handle everything so you don't have to.
We meet you at the Hatch home, understand what is needed, and map out a plan. The visit costs nothing.
Our crew works each room of the Hatch property, coordinating donations and pulling out recyclables.
Everything left is loaded and hauled off, and the Hatch home is left broom-clean for its next chapter.
An estate cleanout calls for patience as much as it calls for muscle, and in Hatch our crew shows up ready for both. Whether the job is closing out a parent's house, helping a family downsize, or getting a property ready to list, nobody gets rushed through it. We work the Hatch home one room at a time, splitting everything into keep, donate, recycle, and discard piles, and anything that looks like a document, photo, or keepsake gets set aside for the family rather than tossed. Donations go out to nonprofits around Hatch, and executors, probate attorneys, and listing agents across the region bring us in specifically because we leave a house broom-clean and ready to show on the date we agreed to.
Up the valley in the self-declared chile capital of the world, Hatch is a farming village of working chile and pecan ground along the Rio Grande. Farm scrap, festival-season cleanup, and full homestead clear-outs near Rincon are all a normal trip north for us.
Most Hatch estate cleanouts run one to three days depending on the size of the home. We work briskly but carefully through every room.
Often. We regularly work alongside Hatch executors, attorneys, and agents and can provide documentation for the estate file.
Smaller Hatch properties start around $500. Larger homes are quoted after an on-site walk-through, with a clear figure before we begin.
